PERRIE DRIVE, HONEYBOURNE
Following the success of Lodge Park Drive, Evesham, Hawksmeadow Ltd have agreed another site at Perrie Drive, Honeybourne which Four Shires Contracting will be constructing. This comprises of 2 No. four bedroom detached, 2 No. three bedroom semi-detached and 3 No. two bedroom terrace properties. Completion end of June 2022.

We are currently constructing four semi-detached properties for Oscar Homes Ltd, due for completion in Spring 2023
Future Projects
MAYFIELD ROAD, WORCESTER
Starting on site in October 2022 in association with Platform Housing Group, we will be constructing 22 new build apartments for affordable rental.
NEWLANDS LANE, DROITWICH
We are currently in negotiations with Platform Housing to carry out 17 houses at the site.
